	I think that there should be a plus for being in prison, that you earn more stats for training in prison. If you think about it, in prison all the inmates do is work out. So if you are waiting in prison with a full bar of awake and energy.. it would be nice to get more than normal stats.

	yeah like a 15-25 % increase. Not bad. Or at least free games you can play to pass the time.
