| it was put in to prevent a gang full of noobs and 1 active person so they cant get the best gang crimes also to deter gangs full of multi's |

| It should be raised a bit, and if not, it should at least come up with a gang event saying something like "Blah blah blah was kicked from the gang [15+ days inactive]" |
