It shows every item point and dollar that has been sent to somebody and what somebody has donated. I think this will be great so you have proof of what you've sent people, example Somebody in your gang offers to make a training gang, you send them 150 points +, 300k + and 5 decent items. They delete the gang take the stuff and move to a non paying gang. They will only send the stuf back if you have proof you sent it to them. Now, since gang caults are normally busy will events, it will be impossible to find proof that the vault send them something, so with my idea, there will be proofso they might send the stuff back. or

	And ... Why should we rely on the staff ALL of the time, it would be easier to see ourselves by just going to vault log and clicking old vault log, then going to city, going to staff list, clicking on a gm or admin, mailing them then waiting for a reply.
