I am giving you guys fair warning, whether you agree with it or not, no city is safe from mugging from me.. whether it is London or Pwnage. or anywhere.. It is no secret that i will do this, a lot of people know this already, but to you that don't i WILL MUG YOU, if you leave cash out, or points for sale if I can get to you, I will.. The only thing that will save you is if you are my friend.. My friends know who they are, but anyone else is fair game.. As of lately I have seen people going idle for hours with lots of cash out, in high cities, so I am giving you a deadline that from Monday server update, if I can get it, I WILL take it.. I am sorry if you don't agree with this, but its how I play, so if you don't want to be mugged DON'T leave it out... thank Flirts Obsession.

	Actually Frankie, its both. I feel it is right to mug anyone anywhere as its the game. I also feel its wrong to mug a friend as most friends would be hurt and offended by it. hence my mugging policy..

looks to make sure internet isn't lagging and then lloks to see if i am a friend?..Well sweety i am not on ur profile but friend or foe it's fair game i should say b/c i have had friends mug me....i think it is wrong to mug a friend but apparently they were not my friends to begin with..so idk sweety it's all good with me....but this week letting everyone know i have a sucky internet connection so good luck on mugging me on either servers

Well the thing is, you make a few bucks off "no mug zones" at first, but soon they will dry up and move to a higher city. No mug zones only work as long as all players agree who can get to the zone. For several months on MC1 Vatican city has been a no mug zone. 4 players can currently get to the city. Me, Goon(He bought Mr T's but Mr T was on board), Funny Bunny, and The Marshall. The more players who level up, the closer they get to 800. I can currently use VC as a no mug zone, expiration date is barlow reaching 800 w/o a new city, no matter how much I level I can not get higher than the highest city...
