| i don't see people's motive when asking this. 1) once you sell your penthouse you will only need 110 mill to buy the playboy mansion, not 158. 2) no one should/would lend that much unless they were a friend of yours. 3) by the time you pay that much money back, a new house will probably be available. you will regret buying this one plus you'll be in need of another loan. 4) since you'll be in dept, you won't be spending money on training. so the only benefit you will get from the mansion is the extra stats when your energy refills itself. |

| shit i realized you have a penthouse and not a mansionette. so i guess you'll need more than 110 mill, you'll need about 133 mill for a playboy mansion. if i was you i'd save all my money until the next house came out and hopefully you'll have enough by then to buy the next house, and if you don't just buy whatever house you can afford. taking loans is never the way out |

| i wish we could sell houses from one mobster to another. like i could sell my mansionette to you or someone for more than i could make from selling to the game, but less than you'd have to pay buying from the game. it'd be a win-win situation. |
