	What I do to reduse nonpayers is: -Be respectfull -Have a lot of protection -Have a fair price -Do a 0-100% split with collections This does not eliminate the problem however it does reduce it. 324 Deaths : 5 Non payers

	i'm really polite about it and respectful, i also have protection that i do split 50/50 from the collection.. but still it is non stop.. and this guy Vazeline 5on 3 off RM he is a real prick i was nice and took his name off my list and he still continues to hit me.
