Everyone on this list is considered a serial non-payer. Individuals on this list owe a considerable amount of points to various bunnies. Keep all these players warded at all times. This is a permanent list, so it would take an extreme circumstance to be removed from this list. Names can be added at any time if you feel you have a serial non-payer on your shit list.
