| reason for: 1.non-payer 2.mugged u 3.killed another online 4.is just a dick reasons not to: 1.they dont deserve it 2. u wouldnt want it yourself 3.u will end up getting killed urself |

| I would think so. What about your gang. Wont people wipe out your gang whenever they can in retaliation. Wont you be a hated player. Looked at as nothing more than a bully and eventually make a mistake and get banned for something. Even if you spend all kinds of cash on the game. I just happen to know someone in the game who doesn't comprehend how it works. He is a complete noob with too much power. |

| Only hit online if: 1: They mugged me. 2: They hit someone online i protect, or one of my friends. 3: Collecting bunny points. I don't hit online other than that out of respect to players and i treat people how i would like to be treated |
