	I think its pretty unfair on people who cant afford RM packs, that there are cities they cant go to because of their RM status. So i was thinking, why not have cities were only people who dont have RM packs can go.

	RM cities are to encourage more people to buy an RM. Think about almost any program there is. They have the basic free version (normally just a trial version) then there is the improved version that has all of the extras and bonuses that you need to pay for. If an RM had the same thing not having an RM had, it would be pointless to buy it.

	No it wouldnt, because theres still benifits from having an RM. People would still buy them, most people dont just buy RM's or the cities.

Then don't say that there should be cities for only non RM people. RM cities are another incentive to buy an RM pack. Besides, then people would go to a high level Non RM city then leave points on the market. No chance of being buy/mugged by an RM person and since most people with RMs are higher levels non of the Non RMs would be that high enough of a level to get to that city.......Anyway the idea sucks. Sorry
