| has any one found it to be odd that the only gangs winning the lottery's are the bigger gangs. please reply back if u feel the same way this also goes on on diff servers. |

| ? the lottery is randomly drawn, and there's people who win that aren't even in gangs. plus a lot of people in "small" gangs win it. and people who are in good gangs play the game, so chances are they buy tickets. |
