| the higher levels have earnt the right to stay in higher cities so i dont agree with that idea. (however annoying it can be sometimes) |

| I enjoy the game without speed boosting stats however we do need a new weapon. Maybe something like 60% but has a chance to backfire making you attack yourself? |
