	it takes way more EXP to level up cuz most gangs that actually level consistantly have 20+ people i'm not sure what the math is but looking at it like that it should take 15-20 times as much EXP to level a gang up one as it does an individual

	yeah they should get interest 500point bonus every ten or 50 every level
