	If they owe another bunny points they are a free hit until they pay that bunny. Eye for an eye, if they can hit for free, you can hit them for free

	You'll find alot of collectors will agree with me. It is only fair that bunnies can be collected from since they do not like non-payers either.

	ive found the nice approch works good.. ask first then 95% of the time they will pay.. i even got one of the N-P 2 pay up.. saves from having 2 hit
