	it will reduce travel 50% like the one on mc1 but it if you dont have cash out, it will take from bank. the catch is, it charged full price if it has to take from bank. will be convenient for waring and chasing people, and will help take money more money out of the population to help economy. whatchu thing? or

	also, another way to get money out of the game would be to sell tires for a car, make it less travel cost and give like a 2.5% decrease per tire ( 4 min/max though ) and have them only last like maybe 20 drives or something.
