	There are no safe cities... If there was, there would have been a "no mug" rule implemented and coded so you couldn't mug, such as in Banned City.

	it's always been a huge debate..and it should be a consensus that there are no mug free zones.

Well, the way I ran things on MC1 and MC2 when I had the number one level same at both time was this: The highest city in the game = mug free This was simply b/c when I had both those accounts, I had a hard time finding anyone to suicide on b/c on MC1 only 1 could kill me and on fbmc 0 could kill me. however when the 1000 & 1100 cities were added on MC1 we agreed that both be mug free b/c only 2-3 ppl could get to them
