	alright I`ve done something and not sure what, but I get this Éé when I try to use the backslash,question mark key what did I do.....500pts to the first person who gives me the right answer as how to fix it..

	Make sure that you have the correct input language (keyboard layout) enabled in Windows. Look in Control Panel (Regional and Language Settings). In particular, you may want to turn off the ability to switch input languages (for example via the task bar).

	Check Windows regional settings and uninstall any languages you don't use. From Word set the language not to detect automatically
