	it5s a waste.. i won about 10 times total cas and points between mc1 and mc2 career.. and its a waste unless ur lucky.. u waste 15 points every day to win like 2k 400-500 days down the line like most ppl.. i been stopped

I've never won any of the lotteries on any server... I played all of them every day for about 3 months and never won any of them... Yet certain people win it multiple times in one month. We've already had several threads about this very same thing but we still have those people winning multiple times. I'm sure the entire thing is simply about taking points out of the game... I'm sure the game eats AT LEAST 5 - 15% of the points/cash put into buying the tickets. If they did something like only being able to win once every 30 days, it's more fair, but 30 people would not be buying tickets at all times, so they wouldn't be able to take as many points out of the game.

	As it stands, I can lose like...215 more days in a row before I am out of a profit. I think it sucks when the same person wins it twice in a row-- that seems pretty bogus.
