| Ok, so i just used a med cert when i was 9 mins from coming out of the hospital, and my HP went down to 25%, i think this is stupid. So i have 2 idea's Idea 1) If you have more than 25% HP then it will not affect your HP Idea 2) It adds 25% HP, so if you have 25% already, it goes upto 50% Please vote on which you tihk is best |

i have 2 disagree, alot of def whores use a medcert 2 let some1 level off them... + its cheaper 2 pt out at 15mil then 2 use a cert  |
