	in my opinion the "real" top cat would be considered as whoever is the strongest and beats it out of the other if ur a "top cat" on another game who gives a shit? not me and if anyone trys transferring with them when they see they cant get active on another game then the person looking for a transfer is a dumbass and deserves to get scammed
