| $200,000 Reason? tons of noobs on the hitlist who should not be for 1100$... tons of non-payers not on the hitlist who should be but are to high level to afford to hitlist long time w/o going bankrupt Killing a person should be the same price no matter what level they are, unless med certs are gonna cost more at higher level it or lower at lower level, just lame |

 The stronger some one is, the more expensive it is to kill them, level is the best way to indicate how strong they are without spying on them. |
