Basically what I'm asking is do you think non payers should be allowed to get away with hitting bunnies for months for free to build up there levels and then decide that there going to post here and say ''I'm going legit, post what I owe and I'll pay'' just so they can stat up and be left alone by hitmen. do you think that its ok for them to do this? even though a lot of the debts won't be cleared as bunnies sell, swap accounts and stat up all the time. Or Do you think that they should be continued to be labelled as a non payer as i stated earlier no way could they pay all the debts, and that they have just been taking a ''free ride''. something to discuss!

Agreed, I'm a non-payer myself and even I think that behaviour should not be tolerated. What it says is , you were either taking a free ride just to level fast, you suck at non-paying, can't stand the heat and and want to be let off easy or you were only doing it to sell and make some easy cash. Every one of those reasons are despicable to me. Non-paying is (or should be) a way of life on this game, a way to object against the high number of bunnies and to play the way it should be played. If you choose to abandon it you should pay in full. You either knew what you were getting into or you never planned on paying everything back in the first place. Levelling for months/years and then giving a weeks notice on paying back is just bs.

the hitmen usually hits nonpayers because they owe their bunnies or the bunnies they protect. So i think this is a question for the bunnies. Do they want that nonpayers live in the ward until they quit the game or are they satisfied with the points they can get after months of waiting? For me personally it is no question, i just protect the bunnies in my gang or my list. And when they say "let him go" i let him go

	what about when the hitmen are non payers themselves??? it seems that people feel they can hit whoever, whenever they don't like what someone says...hai is a non payer to me...so is ken, mista grimm and ever you flirts...how do you guys rationalize non paying, but hitting other non payers??? quite a position you get yourself into by doing that.

	OK, for the sloooooooooowwwwww. Nonpayers hit for exp so they get a free ride to get higher levels. They should not be allowed to get this free ride, as even Drastic said. My hits on you are because you are stupid and cause trouble not for exp, because although 69 is an awesome number, it does nothing for my leveling.

	non payers DON"T pay, exp has nothing to do with the debt that you acquire when not paying a bunny for the hit...like I said you can rationalize it all you want...but YOU are a non payer.

I don't agree with the ideal behind it, but I don't mind because it gives non-payers an optional route to play by. Meaning, they can become payers at some point, therefore they won't just leave the game when they've level'd past the main bunny range. Debts or not, they are bringing more somewhat "built" accounts into the game and subsequently providing more active players. But then again, what do I know?

	it is a required part of the game, what else would hitmen be trainging their asses off for if not for non payers and such. all bunnies know that they will get a certain amount of non payers, it makes the game more fun to try and get them to pay.

	um for mouthly people who think that if they put "bunny" in there name they can be rude, and then expect not to be hit same goes for mugging....if you are a bunny and mug. 	What about bunnies who claim they only take payment so they can level and be a better bunny, and then save those points to buy an island and become a hitman?
