I'd pay 1k at most for a gang page of that style, probably like 800 points to be honest. It's mostly just 1 or 2 banner(s) that look like they took longer than 2 minutes to make, and some text banners. And of the ones that took time it was probably the gang name one. Which revilves around text and isn't that hard. If you could make something original that would be worth your price I would employ you for my gang page.
