It increases stats trains by 35%. Once you have bought it, you can use it by clicking on the button in your 'Inventory'. It is only effective for 10 minutes after consuming. Cost & Location: I think that it should be avaliable in Hollywood, as you need to be a level 100 to get there. I also think that the cost should be around $500,000 as it will help a lot of people to train there stats. And it would be on sale from the Pharmacy. / / ?

	no way man if i had to work my ass off to get where i am today everyone else should to work hard to no easy stats
