| I don't know if anyone will like this, but it will be a little bit like crime. The higher your level, the better you can do. So say you are under level 50, you can do push-ups. If you are level 50-100, you can just Dumbbells 100-150 = pull ups 200+ = Bench.. ![]() It could be expanded on ? ![]() |
