| if i was to reduce my stats to 10-10-10 how how many points you guyz think it would be to get to level 700 from 400? |

| Your going up 300 levels. Cut that in half (leveling at around level 550ish costs about 1k using crimes). |

I would rent bunnies until you get to 550-600, then reduce. And then save so it only costs like 80k points.  |
