	what could be the reason of mailing a different gang? at least on MC1 there is the chance of mailing the own gang. I saw it already

	Would just mean more spam. If you're at war or allied with a gang, want to extort them or have a problem with a member - talk to the leader. If you want to sell bunny services or protection - put some effort into it (though this would be included in what I mean with spam...) What it could and would be used for is pouching other gangs members.
