	The mugging delay totally sucks. Most of the players hate it. There is a lot of money in circulation. The admins hate it. Maybe we could make some sort of deal with the admins if we get enough players to put together like a Billion dollars to be taken out of the game (Deleted) they would return mugging to pre recode standards.

	this time we pay 1 billion for getting mugging back. Next time we pay 2 billion for getting busts back. And then we pay 100k points for anything else, the admins stole from us. If they want money out of the game, they should improve the game with new features. And i don't talk about a new house.

	deleted a few off topic comments there.. want this one to stay on topic for as long as possible. i agree we need to get the mugging back to how it use to be, not sure if we should have to pay for it though. but my personal opinion i dont think the admins realised how much mugging would be missed and how important to the game it is.. would be great if we could somehow persuade them.

	I'll say my suggestion again here... If people complain about how quickly the money goes down during pre-arranged mugs, create a special city or a few profiles where the mugging rule applies. These can be used for pre-planned mugs and brings back general opportunity mugging.
