| I have noticed that there have been several serial non-payers in the prison, yet people bust them out. Why? I'd say let these people rot in jail. |

| i'm not complaining, nor am i taking this serious, i was just curious. i can see busting them to kill them, but people are always bitching about non-payers, yet they bust them out of prison. just asked a question |
