	You have to mod the 360 which can be VERY tricky. Once you get it modded you can download games from torrent sites and burn them to discs but they have to be a specific disc. At least that's what we learned. Even then we were never guaranteed a good burn.

	Online play is definitely NOT what you want to do. If XBox Live finds that you have a modded box your account will be BANNED.

	Boyfriend had his hooked up to the network for awhile and we never got banned...but unless you do what Poet said you definitely can get banned if caught. Pretty sure they don't single out people with helmets either Gogeta.
