Power Hour One power hour - 100 Points or 25 points & 12 Medical Certificates. Power hours can get you a maximum experience of 120k xp in an hour so it makes for great power levelling. To do one of these you and I must both be active for this to work effectively. It works by you hitting me, me getting out of the ward then me suiciding on you. By doing this every 10 minutes it means you can earn 120k xp in an hour. If we are both active and for some reason it runs over an hour you will still get the 6 hits & 6 suicides.
