Make the gang business fighting for. Make them have a perk to them...140k is nothing a Drug zone could provide the members a perk from being in that gang. Like with the advance jobs you have to be active to receive it and click it and its like a temporary speed boast or a crime spree pill or something that isn't super rare but not something like the money that is less then a search of downtown. this is just an idea but what ya think?
