If Governments were smart this would happen everywhere. The Government would make some nice revenue from tax and everybody would be happy. Anyway... Cigarettes are far worse for you. ![]() |

| well think about it... they spend what 400 mill on drug enforcement half of which is targeted at marijuana... even more on prosecuting marijuana offenders... now imagine for a second how much tax revenue they'll bring in selling it... |

| I think it wont pass, people are gonna be too high to remb to vote. and the weed clinics are telling all their patients that they should say no why?: what they tell us is, "well, they are gonna try and make it like alcohol, and you know your gonna need to be 21" and "they are gonna make it all corp. like cigarettes." the first point, is stupid, maybe because I'm 26 and am not effected by it, but I don't think high school kids need the option to be high and fail all their schooling ![]() the second makes more sense but you could just grow your own! then you can bake, make concentrates, tinctures... etc etc.. so seems like they don't want it to pass because they loose their monopolies... there's only a handful left that can actually sell legally at this point. unless they use the loophole and deliver it with out having a spot to sell from.... so remb prob 8, how everyone thought that shit would pass but they brought in all the bible thumpers (no offense) to make it not pass, I feel if not careful that shit will happen to prop 19. then we didn't even get started on the facts the feds could just tell the states to fuck off!! it's an issue of states rights, but this kinda shit could maybe start a civil war, wouldn't that be interesting? I can see bush/cheney leading the birthers and tea party thugs in some American flag speedos sporting a M-16 |

| 5553 [inactive] Post Count: 0 Respect: 13 | 21 Oct 2010 11:34pm |
| if cali goes for it, then I can see Oregon and other states fallowing suit. like I said, the feds is gonna get pissed... we just gave up so much of our power with the patriot act, states taking some back is gonna wub them the wrong way I thinks.. |
