	is it better to use my nerve every 5 mins when it refills, (i get 164 every 5 mins) or wait the 20mins for it to refill all the way and use it all at once.. what do you guys all do?

	i usually wait for it to fully refill then do it all at once, but it all works the same i guess

	Better to use it whenever it's over hundred, imo. If you wait until it's full and don't use it at once, you might miss out on a few refills since it obviously can't be more than full...
