we should be able to do something with the +1/-1's. i say you could trade em for points or cash. say if you want to lower someones respect, you could humiliate them and if successful,you lower or increase there respect by 1-10. if not, they go to hospital for 10 mins and cant buy out. and like if 5 people +1 you in say 3mins, you will get extra respect from 1-10, what if you could use that respect in battles, like 5 respect and you could get a gang member in your battle but only 10% of there stats are used. just an idea seeing respect is pretty pointless feature
