I came up with this idea for houses. Some people it takes why longer than others to buy houses, so i figured, this idea would come in useful. Renting houses.

Make the rent daily and maybe like 5 - 10 percent of the actual sale price. the money can come out of your account automatically and if you don't have the money to rent the house the next day, the house goes back to market and leaves you homeless.

the one good thing is, for everyone who thinks houses come out too fast, they can rent and not lose all that money for nothing. - however they will not be able to sell back thier house like owners do, so their money goes into the house and they get no return. unless the admins would like to make a rent to own house. you can make the house rent for a certain price and if owner does not have money on the next day house becomes repossessed and you lose out. if you rent to own though, the house will collect interest the longer it takes to be paid in full, say 20% total of actual price for X number of days.
