| cops also like to abuse people, and power, and abuse people with that power... That the people give them.... to be fair  not all of course  there was a study done with undergrads in Stanford, 12 of them half guards half "prisoners" it was set to last 12 days, things got so brutish it only lasted 6 before pulling the plug.... someone last night talked about making it so you have to be 25 and acquire some life exp before becoming one, anyone have thoughts on that? |

The idea was too find out what happens when you put good people in an evil place. Although the study used prisoners and cops they wasn't completely trying to find out if cops were abusing power, but instead to find out the psychological effects of torture on both ends of the spectrum(Prison officer and prisoner)  |
