	i go to the gym and keep getting the energy refill and training errors and know im getting a weird error to where my deference keep getting the same increase but my points and energy decreased but my awake didnt but when i refreshed the page it was all back to normal and i tried again

	I've been noticing that when I go down a rank for speed, normally I can train, then click the gym again to see if my rank changed. It never does, but then I go back to train again later and Im down one rank from what I last was. Some kind of lag time between rank changes?

	there is lag between the rank changes, i have made the lag time half.. ranks are not broken

	Alright
