| A GM can lock a thread for many reasons, the first one is if the thread goes off topic. He can also arbitrarily decide when a thread has run its course, or when a thread has descended into name calling or generally getting embarrassingly bitchy. Basically for locking a thread they do not have to answer to anyone, they are given a high degree of latitude in making these decisions. This is from the TOS "Respect: Using serious verbal abuse towards other players is strictly forbidden. The definition of "verbal abuse" will be defined by the members of staff not the players." |

I have no dog in this fight but you seem to be the TOS cop so can you show me where in the TOS is says you can't use the likeness of a name of someone else already playing the game. I've played on the mc servers since MC1 first rolled out its been happening almost from day one, I've used clones of GM's names here when warring with their gangs on both servers without any warnings or threats so why now is it problem. I'll wait for your post showing where this is a violation of TOS |

There isn't a little bit of a conflict of interest in that case? It's been going on for a while, but once someone chooses to mess with the top 3 GK pussies it has to be put to a stop. |
