| Choices Choices Choices. So i have 9.something billion in the bank and 27k points. Do i straight up buy my Small Flat and save for the next house release? Or do i keep on saving for the Large Flat? |

| I would get the large flat too, because when you go to sell the small you take a huge loss on the points and only get half the cash back |
