Posted: Wednesday, November 26, 2008 12:00 am From staff reports | 0 comments Unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, theft, possession of stolen property, city traffic warrants, possession of marijuana, warrant for nonpayment of child support, two warrants for possession of a controlled substance, warrant for probation violation, 1500 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. news/record/police_report arrested a suspicious person after he ran from an officer. He was in possession of a stolen pistol and had several warrants with the Nacogdoches news/record/police_report Department and the Nacogdoches Sheriff's Office. ——— Possession of marijuana, Appleby Sand Road. During a traffic stop, an officer found the driver to be in possession of marijuana. ——— Theft, CR 724. A woman said a gas can containting gas was stolen from her residence. ——— Loose livestock, FM 2259. A man said 12 stray cattle were on his property. The case was forwarded to a civil deputy for further investigation. ——— Theft, 400 block of Arbor Oak. A man said his homemade utility trailer was stolen. ——— Hit and run, 2800 block of Pearl Street. ——— Criminal mischief, 3400 E. Main Street. An unknown person kicked in the door to a vacant apartment. ——— Theft, 700 block of Shawnee Street. A woman reported an unknown person stole a vehicle battery charger. ——— Theft, 1000 block of N. University Drive. A person advised news/record/police_report that two people stole a total of four holiday display items. ——— Burglary of a motor vehicle, 4800 block of North Street. A woman said an unknown person took the faceplate from her stereo and her purse from her unsecured vehicle. ——— Driving while license invalid, 300 block of Industrial Drive. Brian Agnew was stopped for a traffic violation and was arrested after news/record/police_report found his license was invalid. ——— SFA news/record/police_report REPORTS Burglary of a motor vehicle, Lot 47. A man said his vehicle was broken into by an unknown person. ——— Theft, Steen Library. A man said his unattended cell phone was taken from the library. ——— Burglary of a habitation, Hall 16. A person said several items were taken from his unsecured room in Hall 16. ——— Arrests included: Reginald Keith Flemon, 24, 2513 Paluxy St., injury to a child, resisting arrest, interfering with an emergency call, failure to identify, assault/family violence; Christopher Paul Griffin, 26, 4502 N. University Drive, assault/family violence; Orlandos Hunt Renaldo, 26, 1212 Mark Street, evading arrest, driving while intoxicated; Juan Esobedo Lopez, 29, Lufkin, driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana; Alvin Earl Pemberton Jr., 19, Hawkins, possession of controlled substance, evading arrest, disorderly conduct; Jhasiel Carmon Romano, 27, 718 Reedy St., driving while intoxicated; Juan Garibaldi Ruiz, 25, San Benito, assault of a public servant, resisting arrest, public intoxication; Davis Olanrewaju Somoye, 21, Houston, robbery, driving while intoxicated; Carlos Ronsha Thomas Jr., 20, Dallas, disorderly conduct; and Cory Deshawn Williams, 26, Lancaster, disorderly conduct. ——— JAIL POPULATION On Wednesday morning, 203 inmates were housed in the Nacogdoches County jail. According to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, the jail's maximum population is 292. |
