you there are options you can either use the nomal bank and send the cash to the person online or you can use the Bank transfer and send the cash to the person offline or online. also this will pervent you not going to hospital for 20min, and just send it away to the person you want the money to. LOL, Thats a easy answer, they still can detect who has a multi's, they have a way to find them. I know that cuz i have been a admin to other games

	Yh, you can still mug people if they leave there money out without being on Hospital. Nope, The Buy and mug will be still the same if they sale it on the points market, and go offline
