	Non-Payers are fun either way. If you are the protector OR the non payer. If you are the non-payer you have fun just wacking bunnies around. The protecter has something to do and without bunnies or non-payers the would not be getting paid that much and most likely would be weak. Coming from an expirienced anarchist.

Tiger... It actually is not suicidal... Anarchy is not just about breaking the rules and not paying bunnies but its about knowing when and where to do it. Thefirst thing I do before hitting a bunnny is check what city their protection is on and if they are online. If you have a bunny who's protection us offline go ahead and hit the bunny. Then you have time for another round of bunny wacking. But if their protection is in london and online chances are.. Your getting hit.
