	actually depends on the bunny energizer some bunnies have the debt follow the account like u r others will clear the debt for the new owner and if the previous owner is ever found again they find a debt still most bunnies tho charge the account

	I agree. If the owner that ran the debt can't be found then it stands on the account. Its the buyers job to check what they are buying the same as anything else you buy.
