	It's getting ridiculous. Genuine players who actually want to be a part of this community are either unable to level with the use of bunnies or are being harrassed out of the game because of a Plague of Non Payers! List them here folks and hopefully someone will attempt to cure the problem!

	someone here has done this, even got some banned They went broke, only a handful of bunnies helped them out with points and money. *Most* hitman don't care, every gang has a shitlist all the no-pays are on them its not hard to buy out and hit 4 or 5 bunnies before they get killed

Hey Jigsaw...get you shit right before starting trouble. This is the priginal email which Takkun agreed to take 2 hits on me for free which would have been much more beneficial to him than a measly 10 pts. 	Bud, as yet no-one has been listed here who has been offered the option of paying and has accepted. We are talking about serial non payers who aggressively attack other players. Just for the record, it's bad enough attacking an offline bunny and not paying, but an online player has the right to play and not be harrassed!

Sometimes a payer who makes a mistake can be turned into a non-payer because of bad behaviour from a collector. I always ask a non payer to pay first, very politely - I provide proof if necessary, and give them the chance to settle their debts. I have quite a few converts under my belt from the time I've played MC - non-payers who have not only cleared all of their debts but have also become amazingly good collectors plus good friends
