| I've noticed that when you give certain people permissions to manage gang ranks, Are they able to edit the section that says "Delete gang" despite the owner selecting no ? |

yes, if they have manage gang ranks, they can give them selfs delete gang and manage vault permissions meaning they can send them selfs all items and delete the gang, chose whilsey who you give that option to  |
