so i was talking with one of my gang members and it got me thinking what your guyzez stance is on it. fairly new guy.....3-4 days old is asking to be co-leader. hes put in alot of work but is very persistant on wanting the co-leader postion.....i say nay...waaaaay to early and his persistence is suspicious. what what are you co-leader policies, how long does it take for someone to be in your gang before you start considering them to be a co-leader?

personally... i wouldn't make anyone gang leader unless i had known them for decent amount of time and they had proved there worth and i was totally convinced of there loyalty and trustfulness..

heh, idk i been offered co-leader after 3 week joining IV i think but if it would happen to me i'D prolly would refuse since he persist "too much" if he does. i'd personally would wait at least a month if not more
