| I was waiting on buying any tickets to see what the PBM would cost...now that it's been released at $158 million, the raffle administrators are going to take a $100 million profit? are less tickets being sold? is the price of tickets being reduced/partial refunds given? |

| It stays the same. However, I am not waiting until all the tickets are sold.. I am doing the drawing tomorrow or friday as I will be gone tonight and most of the day tomorrow.. |

I was simply asking as it would influence my decision whether or not to purchase any tickets. that is all. I wasn't trying to be a jerk about it. |
