	if the agreement was to leave X (a certain number) amount of cash and X amount of points on the account. then goku would be in fault but its not scamming. if the agreement was to leave what ever cash and points are on the account. then goku did nothing wrong

I dont know if the $374mil that Grub posted was correct or not. Goku has been in TGG for a long time and I doubt seriously that he "scammed" anyone. Like everyone else had said, depending on the agreement, he can do what he wants with his account.

	He CHAGED the deal...trying to scam me at that points....It wasn't going to take a month to fiind the moderator....he said he'd get the middleman first...and the stats, money and points do matter as They were the reason he was selling the account to me. He left to hit me to keep me quiet....and DG is in it cause they harbor a scammer and non payer....THEIR choice.
