| After a lot of of deliberation and consulting my gang, the TCF would like to officially surrender to DG. Its been a long hard war, maybe close to the longest war in history of mc2, we have lost a lot of members on the way, but the die-hard of TCF still remain and id like to say I'm really proud of you guys for sticking it out so long. Anyway we have discussed the situation and think its time that we moved on from this war, and make the peace. I'd like to congratulate DG and their members on a good battle and their tenacity in the war itself. and I think you all should all be proud of yourselves for the job you have done as I am of my gang. Also id like to congratulate Totty, she did an amazing job and has to be considered one of the best hitmen on MC, i know it was a team effort, but without her efforts, it may have been all different.  Lastly just wanted to say I know there has been bumping of heads along the way, but I hope we can all move on from this and try and get along in the future. congratulations DG.  :up:up |

| the surrender has been offered.. no surrender fee will be paid, and i know for a fact if drunk bear was around, that would not of been posted.. ive offered you our terms which is what was asked for in the past, no mention ever of any fees, either accept or decline... |
