	debt follows player if i buy an account not knowing it is nonpayer account dont mean im a nonpayer.. they created the debt. a nonpayer is out of debt if he sells his account and starts over i think not

	you got the vote, sexy;) if someone makes a loan, that person should be responsible for it, not the account. For owing bunnies, i think it is the account but this is the reason why my loans have stopped, it changes on a case by case basis:D

that's a difficult question? not. I see it this way: - If a player is making debt ( scamms someone, noy pay bunnies, loan from someone and not pay back ) and swap account, then the debt is following that player not the account. However if that player sells his account, and stop playing the game- then the debt statys with the account. This is how I see it. If you loan to someone and that person scamms your money, and you know that the scammer is still playing under another account- then you hit the scammer, not the player that got his account. Even if it's a bunny and you have a good EXP- that's just taking advantge nad is not fair play. imho.
